What's better post work out? I was looking at the bodybuilding forum and they were giving me mixed answers. One said milk would slow down the absorption so water was the better choice, some said milk has more nutrients and the slower pace doesn't matter.
What do you guys do?
Do you also drink pre and post?

During a bulk I add pic related to milk, it makes it a delicious creamy vanilla milkshake
Cutting I just add it to water, but not too much or too little because it fucks the flavor and halfway through I get sick of it

Sure.

But that doesn't mean having to immediately slam some specific type of protein right after you're finished training. MPS is elevated for like 24 hours afterwards.
