I have been training for almost a year and all my lifts are shit.
Here they are:
B: 145lbs
S:155lbs
OHP:105lbs

My routine is sth like:
Normal Bench: 4x8
Incline Bench 4x8
Decline Bench 4x8
DB normal Bench 4x8 and same with decline and incline.
I do between 5-7 excercises + triceps(3 more exercises).

What do you guys think? I usually do ABCxABx

Started at 165 skinny fat
Bulked up to 191lbs
My starting lifts were
B: 45lbs ( i could not even Bench the bar correctly)
S: Bodyweight
Ohp:45lbs (only the bar).
Im 6'1" btw

If you can follow your routine you aren't over training.
During a 2 week vacation with a friend we were hyped on boxing so we condensed training into lifting in the morning , cardio/ HIIT in the afternoon and boxing on the evening with 2 days a week of rest (saturday afternoon and wednesday). We were eating for almost 4-5000kcal a day and after 2 weeks it started to take its toll on our body but by then we felt it : apathetic mind,slow reflexes and almost 10 hours of sleep needed for a full week after that.
Once you hit that state you can talk about "overtraining" ,but doing 8hours of sport a week ain't gonna kill anybody

hows that been working for op. I am 7 weeks into SL with accessories and my lifts are on par with ops.

Get on a beginner program. lifting 5 days a week seems like something one does once they get their lifts to a respectable weight (intermediate)

you say you read the sticky but you must have skipped the part that basically babywalks you to pick SS or SL

Don't cut you won't look that good, and you'll stall your progress a ton. Just clean bulk through the summer to retain some aesthetics and then bulk till next feb/march. Cut for summer 2017 and you'll look great.

but yeah OP get on a program with a planned progression if you don't know what you're doing. Accessory work is fine, do chins and curls and dips as much as you want basically

I have been doing SL with accessories for almost two months on a light cut. I have lost around 13lbs so far. I do cardio on rest days. Eventually I will plateau (at least i am mentally prepared if and when i do). But even if I can up lifts 5lbs a week I will be happy.

Make sure you understand what to do if you fail sets and what not. Don't get all discouraged if you fail a set or have to deload. I have stalled on ohp and diddlys even rows once or twice. I like SL because there is a nifty free app

How do you train it ? I have a 1.5 plate OHP. When i beginned I plateau'd at 45kg x8 OHP before doing a lot of incline BP ,lateral raise and arnold press.

Don't forget your back if you want to progress on OHP too. Be sure to do lats and lombaries for dat core strenght
