I used to be totally against it. Don't be ashamed of who you are etc. But as I've thought about it more I realize that there are no sacred cows. People who are tall laugh at those with lifts. People who have hair laugh at those with toupees. People with good skin laugh at those who use makeup. It seems like it's human nature to shun those who try and mask a weakness that is one of your strengths. All of the criticism is based on insecurity as much as wearing lifts is based on insecurity.
