On day 81 of a cut that has been going great. I had one ~3500 calorie cheat day during this and that's it. I'm having some trouble today though. Ate clean all day and have 650 calories left. I'm scared I'm gonna break so I think I'm going to go do 40 minutes of LISS cardio after work to keep myself busy and take my mind off it. At the same time I get myself an extra 400 calories for the day too.
I have 2 pints of pic related in my freezer too.

I'll admit I have a no holds barred cheat day for Easter that I've had planned for a month.
Will do a good run Sunday morning then eating everything in sight. I hate the "I earned it" mentality but after like 90 days, fuck it.

I've cheated in quality dozens of times but not in quantity. I've had dozens of pints of ice cream but just never over my calorie goal for the day.
So actually I should have clarified that I haven't had a cheat day other than that one day but have had a good share of cheat meals.
The reason I haven't is because I'm a weak pussy. If I give myself an inch I'll take a mile. If I broke down today and ate a pizza and had a pint of ice cream I'd probably skip the gym tomorrow and do the same.
