no, in fact Im 6'2 and around 90-92 kgs (chubby frame), and the TDEE is right, but Im afraid >4000 is too much unless OP is doing a lot of exercise during the week

I get fast food maybe once every 6 months, it serves as a reminder of the inherent horrendous taste and overall quality of that type of "food"
I don't see how anyone could get "addicted" to it.
Same with soda.
I regularly shove down over thousand calories per meal on mcdonalds/burger king stuff. It triggers a lot of the people in my class because they can't eat anything that they want because they're sedentary. I work out five times a week and have an active job. Also I throw down a kilo of oats every week so my guts are healthy from all that dere fiber.

it sucks being 5'3" and barely getting to eat any food
191cm, 107kg here. 3-4 workouts/week, 2 cardio days and a fuckload of walking. Bulking at 4800kcal, gaining ~0,2-0,3kg/week. God bless olive oil.

6' eating 3800 a day for a bulk. I'm on a 5 day PPL though so I'm still gaining very slowly.
I'd be fine if chugging so much milk/eating nuts didn't make my acne break out so much.

If you aren't doing two-a-days your TDEE is not 4k+ kcal, you're just gonna get fat eating that much

6'4", 280lbs here. My TDEE is 4500 calories but I'm an athlete so I work out a lot. Never hungry but never gain weight either.
