I've cleaned 70kg.
I've been doing Oly lifting lately, so not much upper body work except lowering jerks, I also do some curls and shit for GPP. I can deadlift about 105kg, 100kg at least.

I don't eat that's the problem, I've gained maybe 5-10kg since starting. I just recently gained a few kg counting calories. Have dropped some since I got the stomach flu and stopped counting cals. But I'm gonna start counting cals again today and eating min. 3000 a day, aim for 3500. I hope to get to the mid 80 kilo range. I weighed in at lime 78.5kg yesterday. Also, I'm about 186cm tall (a bit under 6 foot 2 inch).
