What is this road to 2pl8 bench struggle meme? I quit benching when i reached 2pl8 because i found it boring, now that my squat is 200kg and deadlift is 220 i figured i should get my bench up to 3pl8 or something. Started benching again and it shot up 7.5kg within 3 weeks.
How can you be so shitty at lifting? Is your diet on point? Are you pussying out on training? Or are you just destined to be a weak twinklet for the rest of your lives?
