25 year old male, 186cm 62kg skelly here, lifting for 8 months.
How good or bad am I doing this /fit/, and how do I improve:

Monday legs and shoulders:
5x5 70kg Squat(on smith machine, no squat rack in the gym)
4x8 30kg per arm Shoulder press
3x15 70kg Calf raises
4x8 45kg Upright row
4x8 50kg Aductor press
4x8 6kg per arm Lateral raise

Wednesday chest and triceps:
5x5 60kg Bench press
4x8 12kg Triceps dumbbell kickback
4x8 16kg per arm Incline dumbbell press
4x8 25kg Triceps on lat machine
3x15 10kg Weighted inclined situps

Friday biceps and back:
5x5 85kg Deadlift
4x8 55kg Lat pulldown
4x8 70kg Trapezius raises on smith machine
4x8 30kg Smaller(?) barbell curl
4x8 30kg per arm Row machine(the one where you sit and have a pillow against your chest and then pull shit towards yourself)

My eating habit is utter shit, have no idea how to improve since work + school takes up 12 hours each day, so I eat high calorie dense junk food not even getting close to 2500 cal/day, so that's the reason I can't gain weight.

I have noticable strength gains nevertheless, when I started I couldn't lift(1 plate on each side) 60kg bench press twice, now I can do it 5x5 etc

Some far distant, like 10 years from now, goal is to weight 100kg and have following 1 rep maxes: 120kg bench, 140kg deadlift and 100kg squat

Aesthetically I have noticable changes, at least on torso, legs not so much, quads are well defined and rock hard but small as shit, also biceps femoris visually doesn't exist, so chicken legs as fuck. Nevertheless regular humans are always mirin when they see my physique since I have godly proportions, 10/10 charisma and 8-9/10 face, also gf is very fond of my skinny but well defined body(not sure if otter, can't take photos atm), and let's all agree that skinny people can look elegant and nice if done with taste and intelligence.

Would love to hear why my routine is retarded if it is, and wat do to improve

I am aware that I don't eat enough, also aware of the fact that lifting means shit without food, but I cannot currently focus on eating well since too much shit going on, but I shouldn't quit lifting until that's done, should I? At least training the mental discipline

Agree on the skinny woman part, just saying the current state of afairs are not catastrophic, I am training to change the fact that I look hilariously weak. Also charisma has nothing to do with height since I am not above average where I live, here that is the absolute average, I even feel short, charisma stems from confidence that follows success in professional and emotional life.

If eating more is a problem start consuming liquid calories instead of drinking water. Drink 1-2 litres of milk a day. It can be flavored milk if you want, just drink it. Your body won't have that same "Im already full and don't want to eat shit anymore" reaction to liquid so its easier to get them calories that way.

I went from where you are to 135kg bench in a little over 3 years. You arent eating enough and you are a beginner making your own shitty program.

SS or SL to TM to Sheiko once you hit advanced on strstds, you will make aesthetic gains as well if you work in arms and core work.
