Not that guy, and I do my compounds and lift fairly evenly on a ppl. But I've had plenty of mires for my upper body, but I've never had a girl grab my quad.

Actually I've had my ass grabbed, so maybe you should at least do hip raises.

If you work just your torso for 6 months and never do legs, you'll start to look weird, especially if you're at a higher bodyfat and its all going to your ass and stomach. Quads and especially calves are important. I do calf raises daily now.

Sorry for bad crop. BF% estimate please? I've been lifting around 2 months, doing lean gains and weight keeps fluctuating around 82kg. Not sure if putting on enough muscle...

Was at 0 muscles and 95kg, went down to 84, then build muscles and went to 90, now cutting again being at 83-84 right now. I guess im 19-20% but not sure

I motivated my boyfriend to get fitter just by grabbing him all over.
I randomly grabbed his biceps strongly and asked him "did you break a PR?"
I always grab his quads aswell. There's plenty of muscle meat since he used to be a runner.
When I look at a guy I look at the whole picture before I decide if I like him or not, so I'm one of those girls who do mire legs hard.

cause mine are starting to show up (standing) and I estimate myself at 12-15% or so. doing fasted cardio in the morning, working amazing so far for my cut.
