/fit/ give me some nutrition tips since apparently I'm a fucking retard when it comes to nutrition.
What should I eat before I go to the gym, and how long before should I eat it?
My go-to was a banana and some oatmeal right before I headed out the door, but I find I get exhausted and feel sick if I'm doing any sort of weight routine (yesterday I got headachey and felt nauseous during pull ups and the only thing I'd done before that was squats).
