Supposedly eggs , dairy and gluten give me bad acne outbreaks
What am I supposed to eat at breakfast? Any tips from people staying away from the above?
Did a dermatologist or something actually tell you to stay away from those things or did you just read it somewhere?

Good taste, though dairy can cause increased acne for some unfortunates. Not for everyone though.

But it does, I have extreme breakouts if I drink pasteurized milk but if I drink UHT, I am fine.
