Need advice on evening out my body.
I've always had a core focus on my bench press so My chest is big but my arms looks small by comparison.
With my curls Ive worked my way up to 30lb dumbbells and doing 3 x 10 and then later on in the work out doing 20lbs on the curl bar with a preach seat type work out. For my triceps Ive been doing the pull down machine 3 x 10 with around 30lbs. I also do a sit up bench press machine because we don't have an Olympic bench press at my gym.
I am always getting a bicep pump after my work out but they arent any more defined or bigger. just looking for advise on getting my arms to explode.
Should I switch to a 5 x 5 with 35lbs?
