Why do I never hear about wheat protein?
>50lbs for $130
>20g protein per 100 cals
Am I missing something?
What is this black magic?
Only thing I can speculate is that wheat is not a complete protein.
But either pair it with some amino acids or any legumes like peanut butter in a shake and you've got complete protein.
It just seems like a much more economical source of protein

Oh fuck that's per 100g. So only like 3 per standard scoop. Not so bad.

never heard of it desu
No or very little luecine levels, shit-tier protein.I think hemp is the only viable vegan protein.
Look into its amino acid profile. Protein from non-meat or dairy sources tend to have lower ammount of the amino acids required for muscle building. Sometimes low enough that their is no difference between them and placebo control groups

Peanuts are high in leucine
I read reviews, and it seems to he mostly for cooking. The real question is can I drink it with water. Will it mix like regular protein? For the price I'm debating on trying it.
