Also do a powerlifting arch to cheat the bar up with heavier weight, then strictly, slowly lower the weight down.

Think of it like a push press for the bench.

The thing is, I am doing 4x5 bench since I started training.

After that I do some high volume stuff( PPL routine), but I faking cannot advance anymore, no matter how much I lower the weight I always get tired after 5-th rep.

i found forcing progress (going up even if you didn't quite make 5 and giving the next weight a go) worked for me

Do lift with a partner or solo? If you do solo then do tear down sets (do your 3x max then drop it down by 10lbs 3 times). If you have a lifting buddy then try and max out every now and then.
