I've been lifting for around 2 years however i started to be more disciplined and consistent in my routines these last 5 months. I noticed that i've been increasing in strenght and but somehow my weight seems to stay at around 135-140lbs. What am i doing wrong? Should i increase my workload or just eat a shitload more? (Note : I have a pretty NEET lifestyle outside of the gym ever since i got kicked out of college)
