Popcorn is a whole grain. So feel free to eat up! Just plan how much you want to eat, account for it in your macros and stick to it. Also, go easy on the salt and butter.

I don't think there's anything wrong with popcorn itself, it's all the butter and salt they put on it at the movie theater that's the problem.
