2 plate benches are pretty common desu, especially if you are fat. But 4plate squats and 5plate deadlifts are usually very rare at any commercial gym / fitness spa.

I can double overhand 4pl8 but anything past that is a shit show. Pressing is fine if I use wrist wraps and I squat a little over 4pl8 weighing around 190lb.

been lifting for two and a half years and I hammer the grip training, but shit feels unstable.

Straps basically tie your hands to the bar. So grip is taken out of it.

hookgrip is what oly lifters use, google it. People have deadlifted well over 900 pounds using it.

Because I have to try. Sure I could give up because it's a goal I might never accomplish, but I find I'm happier when I try to accomplish things. Also my dad could bench over 2pl8 and had at least 3pl8 as a 1RM, but very rarely trained legs so idk about the rest.
