Building arms is fucking annoying. There is so much misinformation and broscience that god knows what kind of training would work best.

Anecdotal advice is mostly useless because even most big guys have no real understanding of why they got big. It's possible to crawl to a 3 plate bench with absolute shit programming. The standard for arms here seems to be to do low weight, high volume, high frequency and this is what I'm trying now.

Most guys in the gym don't seem to care about adding weight doing curls, rather just to feel as much burn as they can in their biceps doing absurd amounts of volume. I wonder whether going strictly linear but heavy would work in a Texas Method sort of fashion.

Linear heavy is what I kinda do, I will do 3 sets of a weight at 5 reps, then next time 6 reps etc untill I can do 8. Then I wil move the weight up and go back down to 5 reps and repeat. I'm hoping im not wasting my time

ALL this shit is 99% GENETICS. GENETICS DETERMINE SEXUAL ATTRACTION. You're either born with HEIGHT, FACE and FRAME or you're FUCKED. Body doesn't mean SHIT outside of FRAME and HEIGHT, and guess what? NONE OF THOSE THINGS CAN BE CHANGED BY LIFTING.

The ONLY controllable thing that can benefit you is bodyfat%, but that's only if losing weight REVEALS AN ALREADY GOOD FACE OR FRAME. But that's not SELF IMPROVEMENT, that's just REMOVING A NEGATIVE.

Face relies on symmetry and skin, and unless you have some fucked feature or you're fat, anybody can make their face at least decent.
Height matters, but only to a point.
