I'm planning to make a new routine because the another one (bodybuilding type) stoped working for me and I've become more concerned about my posture and functional strength (no memes pls). Im thinking, that routine should consist of all these movements:
OHP
Bench press
Pullups
Squats (probably high-bar, because my lowbar form sucks and I dont know how to make it better)
Deadlifts
Front squats
Overhead squats
Rows
Upright dumbbell rows (im doing it with dumbbells, because with barbel you are forced to be in shitty form, which impinges the shoulder, dumbbells dont do that)
Dips
I plan to do them on these days of the week:
abc*d**
Anyway, what I'm asking: what are other good movements, that I didn't mention and should use in the program? Also, how would your program look, if you had to use all these excercises? Also, feel free to give my all kinds of other tips that I should know :)

I have lordosis, kyphosis and forward head.
Just 1 month of SL and abs work really put a dent in the first 2, fr the last one Im gonna need some focused stretching.
Also pic related really helps with my posture when at my computer

I grip with my hands behind my head, start with legs level and bring them up, bent because Im a bithc and cant dragon fly. somertimes with the bench inclined
