I am still learning lifts so I don't think it's worth starting a real program for them yet? Or is it? (My coach just makes me work up in 3s until form breakdown).
I can do them but my form is far from perfect or good.

see how your elbows are sticking straight out behind your back? Don't do that, keep them more in line with your torso. Keep your torso more upright. Spread your legs less and stick your feet more forward. Control the weight and push through your heels. You look loose, your body should be tight and strong for the whole lift

You should spend time, quite a bit of time, getting comfortable moving in your body. Go swimming, running, jump around, play basketball or touch football, do cartwheels. And get a coach. really at your stage it doesnt matter much what you do as long as you do it. basic gymnastic stuff like cartwheels, round-offs, handstand walks. it doesnt even matter if you have no idea and no ability, if you have a few square meters/feet of flat grassy surface outside then please go try it. alternatively go do a martial art like judo or bjj or literally anything like that

as for weightlifting, youre just gonna have to plow through the first couple of weeks of being bad. read up on all the wl literature you can and watch the gold medalists if you need inspiration

or you can be a pansy and quit. then you can live your life blaming your problems on things you think are out of your control. really its your choice and nobody here cares

I have a coach he's just away. I'll be lifting under supervision Tuesday. Hopefully I'll get my shit fixed up. I sleep enough and I work hard (maybe a little too hard). I just don't eat enough. Although I was gaining some weight a little while ago, then I kinda stopped counting calories and got the stomach flu and lost a few kilo of shit and vomit and water.
