Chili is god tier. Girlfriends mom makes chili with the wendy's recipe, and it's great.

Per 1000 calories:

Make a lot of stir fries, and make them all different.

For this one, i fry up the chicken first to make sure it's cook. I rather overcook than undercook it because i'm colourblind. The ground stuff i got is super tender and tasty though, so it never seems to really overcook.

Anyhow, fry up chicken first, add in the veggies, cover and let it cook for a while. Meanwhile i toss the ramen in a pot and boil it for just a minute or so, just to get it a bit soft. Drain it, add it to the pan with the veggies and meat. Immediately add the eggs afterwards, stir all up and let cook. Once the eggs seem cooked enough, it's done.

Add salt and lots of pepper throughout. Really tho, pepper. Love that shit. Just pepper that shit up.

OP here, i know those feels all too well don't worry.

Started at about 215, down to 185 as of today. That meal i had was a big meal, but it was also most of my days worth of food. On a super tight budget, so i end up eating a lot of high calorie single meals to try and deal with it.

But, i'm also drinking right now. I've limited myself to twice a week, but i still need to drink something. It slows down my weight loss a ton, but fuck it. Making huge gains in the gym as well, which matters more to me than weight loss.

At this point I'm just trying to get my cut done as fast as possible so I can:
1) Go back to a normal (healthy) way of eating.
2) Do a slow bulk on an LP program.

I'm 5'10" and I was 315, dropped to 235. I was only doing cardio and bodyweight lifting, rode a bike 15 miles twice a day to work. Changed jobs - I work in the beer industry and got up to 267. Started PSMF and EC stack this week.

I was up to 1pl8 bench, 2pl8 squat and 3pl8 dl last summer but stopped. Now I have a new gym and it's right by my new place, so I'm gonna see if I can at least hit those old numbers while doing this cut - even for 1 rep.

Luckily I'm a semi-decent cook, I just prepped some hatch chile chicken (9 g f, 1g c, 39g protein for 6 oz) and a mushroom spinach chicken soup to ensure I get enough electrolytes and fiber. So I think I can manage.

Goal is to go 12 weeks then break for 2 weeks then assess.

But yeah cutting sucks ass. But this is my punishment and I will embrace it.
