Iron might help you. I've had a big issue with tiredness recently and started getting dizzy so I instantly knew it was iron.

I was injured but seemingly overnight I've recovered, coincidentally or not I recovered once I stopped stretching completely. Perhaps it was caused by over stretching?
Getting back to old squat numbers now, but depth has increased. I have forgotten how to squat at parallel so I do this disgusting ATG low bar squat lol.

I plan to try and run TM for my squat and deadlift and drop OHP completely over these 3 weeks, if I am successful on Smolov Jr... Even if I just add 5kg I'll have increased my bench more in 1 week than I am am in currently doing in 2 :/

I know how you feel being fat. I've tried cutting like 3 times but quit within a week. I am addicted to food and there's nothing worse than cutting.
If you can progress than go for it, there's no reason to.

I'm doing ok. I've been very busy with school, and I don't really get a lot of free time over break because of all the homework and project stuff I have to do, but at least I'll be able to see my family.
Training is... okay. I'm cutting (just a few pounds left), so I'm looking forward to being back on the bulking gains train. I hurt my shoulder, so no benching or pressing (fuck bench anyway, but I miss overhead work), but it's recovering smoothly with some encouragement from stretching and very light dumbbell work.
Also, my truck is back on the road as of today, so I'm in a pretty good mood. But I do smell like diesel, so I'll have to shower if I'm actually going to talk to anyone today. 400 miles of driving tomorrow to get home.
Now if only I could get laid... That would really make my day.

that bar starts in no motion. once you grip it you can roll it around, but once the bar leaves the ground only upward movement is allowed. If it goes up, stalls and/or comes back down, then its a no lift.


there really isn't any momentum that different than a normal lift. he's just getting himself into a good position.
