Depends a lot on your body weight and height. 2plate for five is the end of beginner tier for somebody of good weight and average height.
I haven't maxed on bench in a long time. It was something like 255. Since I just set a PR of 270 for 5 reps I'm guessing my max is probably higher now.
Weight: 210lbs. I'm a little fatter than I want to be, gonna cut down to 200 in a while.
Height: 5',10".
Low bar back squat: 405 for five (very embarrassing, been having trouble passing this plateau, though I did 425 for three the other day)
Front squat: 285 for 3.
OHP: 185 for five.
Deadlift (with straps): Did a 555lb single a couple weeks ago. Felt pretty good for a short armed nugget like myself, like I could've done more.
Took me about four years to get here, but it would've been a lot faster without breaks and injuries.
