Would it make sense to divide my routines into one exercise everyday? So for example, instead of having something like 3 days split, I exercise every single day, targeting different muscle groups but doing only one kind of exercise everyday.
I'm looking for a way to waste the least amount of time possible. I really don't enjoy lifting at all.
Day 1: Squats
Day 2: Bench press
Day 3: OHP
Day 4: Barbell Curl
Day 5: Barbell Row
Day 6: Chin up
Day 7: Rest
Every day I also do abs and 15 minutes of stationary bike. I have a home gym too. Is this retarded?
>inb4 yes
>exercising muscle groups once a week

But most routines are basically that.

>I really don't enjoy lifting at all.
Then don't fucking lift, pick an exercise you like to do
>Every day I also do abs and 15 minutes of stationary bike.
That means youre spending a disproportionate amount of time on "abs" compared to the rest of your body. Yes, this is a stupid idea.

is that quiet

Why does it matter? Training abs is fast as shit and gives me a strong core. What's wrong with that?

OP what the fuck are you doing.

If this is a thing why is people willing to cuck themselves by spending 1+ hour in the gym doing one million exercises?
You can do that. But is it the optimal program for muscle gains? Probably not. Some people who have very bissy schedules do their bodyweight routines that way. Throughout the day they do one exercise. They call it greasing the groove
Why don't you try it out and tell us how it goes

Doing each muscle group once a week is great to maintain what you have, but you will not gain extra.
Best is a PPL with two days rest after the L and one after each P.

>PPL
>P
>L
What the fuck does this mean

Push Pull Legs

Pilates, planks and lamaze

Push exercises - chest, triceps, etc. Any exercise that involves pushing the weight away from yourself.
Pull exercises - biceps, back, traps, etc. Exercise where you pull the weight towards you, like a bent over dumbbell row.
Legs/Abs - Generally leg day leaves you feeling buggered, so it gets two days rest after.
If you are unsure, google each exercise, it will generally tell you if it is a Push or a Pull exercise.
