/twink/ here, started lifting about a year ago, was at 55kg/120lbs 6'0 when I started. I fucked around a lot and was very inconsistent in the gym but I force-fed myself for a good 6 months because I was tired of being "the skinny guy". I did a brosplit with a friend for a good amount of that year and I was a lazy fuck and didn't really go to the gym that much but gained a lot of knowledge about lifting since I was lurking /fit/ this whole time. And I also had like 4 months of injurie breaks during the year.
Anyways my lifts went from just the bar on everything to 60lbsohp/150binch/155sq/225dl and my weight is around 152lbs.
As I started taking lifting seriously I noticed a lot of imbalances in my body that I'm currently trying to fix, I have very bad hip mobility and also have hyperlordosis, so I stopped squating and deadlifting currently to fix these problems.
What kind of advice would you guys give me as I try to achieve a 1/2/3/4 ? Am thinking about running the Candito Linear Program since my lifts are still DYEL tier as soon as I fix my lordosis

The reason why I don't buy a belt or use gloves is because when I'm out in the wild or on the streets and need my strengths, I don't have a belt either.
For me a belt is like adding straps to the ceiling I attach to the barbell which helps me lift it.
If my body can't stabilize the weight I push or pull during OHP and Squats I need to work on the stabilizing muscles and fight the cause, not the symptoms.
It's like skipping levels of a game with a cheat and missing out on the experience that certain level would have gotten you, or some kind of course for that matter.

finished up my TM with a 4 plate squat and 5 plate DL this morning. felt great.

Now I'm starting a cut--can I just continue the program, but deload weight if I become too weak? or maybe try to maintain my current lift's numbers for as long as possible? Anyone got any experience/tips for recomposition on Sheiko or other high volume programs. Hey guys, I have a question. How the FUCK are you supposed to deadlft on Texas Method after intensity squatting?

I'm doing 4 day TM with first two days volume upper and lower and then intensity upper and lower. Today was Intensity day and I did 1x5, then I went to deadlift for a triple and I couldn't pull that at all.

I'm pretty new to strenght training, only lifting for a year (intensity squat 117.5kg and intensity deadlift was supposed to be 135, it was hard as shit, pulled it only 2 times even though i can deadlift 140 for three)

What am I doing wrong?
