Easiest and cheapest way of doing so is through diet and exercise. Find a diet that fits you and your needs and exercise moderately 2-5 times a week and you will see results.

The food goes in your mouth and gets digested in the tummy tum tum but stored on your belly welly. Why would you think that exercising muscles in or around the belly welly and tummy tum tum would get rid of all that troublesome squidgy fatty goodness? The muscles aren't involved it in getting there so why would they be involved in it leaving? Your only option is to move your body, i.e., your leggy weggies, your arm barms, and, yes, even your toesie wosies.
