240 last January. Lost 40lbs, then gained back 20. Started again after Xmas and am down to 185.
PPL 6 days a week,1500-1600 calories per day. 150g of protons minimum. Decent lift progress.
Bench 90-->135
OHP 50-->80
Squat 110-->175
Gf of 4 yrs left prob b/c I got outa shape, so motivation. Bulking up to 190 then cutting back to 170.
