How do I get rid of my puffy nipples?
There is no lump under them either so pretty sure it isnt gyno.

Yeah I've got just a bit of the same. Currently cutting to alleviate. I saw around here an image with advice, one thing that might help is yohimbine. I'm on mobile so I won't spoonfeed you but theoretically it targets the harder to lose fat areas like nips, abs, thighs. I started taking some just yesterday so I can't speak for results, but it's pretty widely accepted as a fat loss aide.

I get puffy nipples when I'm hot/warm. If it's cold my chest looks pretty good, but once it gets warm my nipples get puffy and they sort of sink down, making it look like I have gyno instead of pecs.
It may be fixed by lowering body fat, but I'm bulking, so I won't find out just yet

Came in here to say this. I was fat age 7-14 and was always insecure about my nips because of puffyness. Yohimbine targets that particular "baby fat" or brown fat cells that we don't really use passed infancy. Shit makes you cut everywhere you couldn't cut before.

I got my gyno removed 5 years ago -- hate to break it to you but no matter what you do, you wont fully escape the puffy nipples

Nothing you can do. Plastic surgery is your only option, unless you can develop your pecs enough that your nipples just fold under out of sight like Robin Shou.
It's probably gyno just very mild, or your fat. Asin might help

heheheh stop drinking milk mate. They ram those poor cows full of hormones to keep them producing long after they would normally have stopped.
Also check if your beef is hormone free too.
