not too bad, started doing bodyweight exercises (pushups, crunches, planks, supermans, pullups) and going running at age of 15, thanks to my brother that recommended it to me. Pic is me a month or two before reaching 16. Quality is shit cause 2011. Thanks bruh :^)

I'm 18 and struggling to rise above 110 lbs. I am extremely skinny and recently started getting /fit/. In addition to lifting and doing calisthenics, I run 1-2 miles a day, so gaining weight is not going to be too easy but I will get there.

My nicknames included: Sherlock Bones, obscene variations of my Arabic name, and faggot.

Bulking and cutting is one strategy to gain muscle, yes, but pointless for noobs, especially noobs in their teens and early 20's. Reseearch shows that you can build muscle even in a deficit, especially if you are new to lifting as the initial gains come very easy.

I played varsity basketball so was fitter than average, even though lifting wasn't my thing back then so my cardio and speed were great but i still looked skelly.

Conditioning is pretty good, 6:30 mile
max out at like 140 bp because i never get any time to bench press (haven't fucking lifted since december and haven't maxed out for 6 months at least) in my current sport which is mainly legs oriented
really strong core, can't tell from the light layer of fat over it though which i can't fucking get rid of. on a diet atm. Can literally do sit ups for days. Could hit like 2 sets of 100 and not even be tired
Arms are coming in bc whenever i remember to, i drop and do 20 pushups in a row, have seen a surprising amount of muscle gain in the 1 month I've done it. Can max at maybe 30 pushups. 6'3", 175, 18-2.
