I almost bought into the Greek yoghurt meme, except that the Greek version has 0.6 grams less sugar, but also 0.6 grams less protein and about 150 more calories. Also about 4 grams more fat.
So I'm pretty happy with the non-Greek. Bitter as fuck, but with some whey protein it's actually pretty nice.
I usually take half the tub of Chobani and add some frozen blueberries, honey, and some granola to make some parfait. I honestly think im addin too much honey which is making it bad for me. Anyone know a good substitute?
