How did you guys progress on OHP?
Most of my lifts are intermediate now (after 7 months), but still my OHP is seriously lacking and I don't really know what I'm doing wrong...

For me it's genetics, I have broad shoulders and decent hips + being a manlet. Basically to bring it up, it's easy just doing OHP more. do OHP 2 times a week every week instead of alternating with bench. Also try unloading 10kg and then reloading over and over again. And if all else fails just do some accessories like seated dumbbell press.

Ripp teaches the OHP with that hip bounce, do you do that bounce or do you do a normal OHP?

I do use a 'hip bounce', but absolutely make sure your not using your knees to bounce otherwise it's a push press. It's a hip thrust to give more energy from your hips to your arms. Be careful on how far back your back extends because it can hurt your back quite bad. All you have to do is watch how rip teaches it and try to replicate that as well as possible.
