itt your easy secret cutting recipes

Cauliflower with lemon (pic sorta related):
> take one entire cauliflower
> remove all the green stuff with a knife and rip the "flowers" into bite sizes
> put in bowl and mix with a small bit of olive oil and salt
> cover top of bowl with plastic wrap
> put in microwave for about 12 minutes
> from plastic wrap and squeeze some lemon in

tastes pretty damn good and has about 30 kcal per 100g + a slight bit extra from the olive oil.

Cook and bam. Super tasty and sweet they're about 150 calories and will yield like 6 pancakes depending on what size you make them

Op, try roasting the cauliflower next time you make this recipe. Roasting brings out the natural sugars and makes it nice a crispy. Not too much extra work for a nice taste and texture.

OP here, the cauliflower gets steamed you retards. that's why you cover the bowl.

>put shitload of cabage into slow cooker along with a tiny bit of oil, sweet white wine and water
>cook until the cabbage caramelizes slightly while moving it around
>god tier side dish for whatever that can be reheated at any moment

Tastes kind of sweet thanks to the white wine caramelising with the cabbage and it's pretty low cal.

All cooking does.
Pressure cooking especially.

Microwave preserves more nutrients than pan frying

This.

Fucking look it up its the "safest" and most "efficient" method to reheat your food unless you're warming that shit up in styrofoam and plastic containers.

So you weren't even hungry, just decided to drink shitloads of soda because you were bored? That's what, one soda every 1.5 hours of being awake? Accompanied by a smoking fix? Why the need to constantly reward yourself?
