I started brosplit and made vary little progress imo and I've been on a Pplx2 routine for about 8-9 months focusing on adding weights to compounds (except for ohp, I do seated Dumbell press instead)

Diet is literally a cup of coffee every morning and then I wing it. Sometimes I eat 2000 calories sometimes I eat 5000, I just started my first job so I'll finally be able to consistently buy food in bulk and really eat clean

Was doing stupid shit like running tren at 1g/week, stacking orals at huge doses, halotestin at 60mg/day, mibolerone pre-workout, etc. Strength was insane, 716lb raw dead, 605lb ATG squat no belt/wraps/sleeves, don't ask bench.. Basically got so strong and so dry, trained so hard so often, tendons/ligs just started giving out. Had a total avulsion of my right latissimus dorsi tendon at the humerus, blown MCL, pec tear, left bicep tear, adductor tear.

Moral of the story: slow and steady wins the race, as fun as it is to watch your body change on a gram of fucking tren, you don't see the damage you're doing to your connective tissue until it decides to explode on you mid-set.

Who cares dude. Realistically even roiding the fact that he works out so much will give him a longer and better life than the bulk of our overweight population.

It usually leads to something bigger if you get what I mean. People ask me why I'm in such good shape and why I don't compete given my physique/strength. It seems like if he chose one he could make money off his body, either doing physique or strength competitions.
