I haven't taken training seriously since I was 19, 23 now.
What I've noticed is that I could have eaten rubbish food, slept 5 hours but trained consistently and made great gains. I'd have slight ab lines and bench 120kg. I could bulk and cut at the drop of a hat, I could lose 10kg in a month and maintain my muscle.
I'm now 23 and have been training hard, sleeping well and eating fairly clean and it's just harder to gain and look good like in the last 3 months I've struggled hard just to lose 10kg and maintain my mass, its pretty depressing guys, don't get old I don't recommend it.
Also I'm getting forehead wrinkles which is freaking me the fuck out and I swear my nose is getting bigger.
