227g or 1 cup of Fage 0% greek yogurt - 23g proton and 130 or so calories

Dinner was a 5 piece chicken nuggets and a chicken pita from Jack in the Box. Shit, I know, but I was hungry as fuck, had nothing good at home. I don't eat fast food more than once-twice a week. Usually once.

Cut chicken into small cubes, throw into a big plastic container, add 1 big can of minced adobo chipotle peppers (some sodium and very little carbs, not bad at all) a tablespoon of minced garilc (or 3 cloves finely chopped), a teaspoon of either cherry vinegar or the juice of a lemon, pinch of salt, marinade for 24hr, eat.

I made this, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beetroot, red onions with Worcestershire, smoked paprika, olive oil, garlic cloves salt and pepper. In the oven at 200degrees for 30 min. Then i add frozen broccoli and put it back in for 15 min until done (might have to take out the chicken at this point)
I usually eat some variation of this 3-4 times a week, i just vary the sauce or spices, its about 1 dollar per meal, enough for 5 meals.

For 2 breast or 4 chicken thighs:

Squeeze half lemon over chicken, salt, 1tbsp garlic powder and then lightly cover in oregano ( both sides of chicken pieces)

Bake in oven for 30 mins at 200C.
Lemon and oregano are goat combination, I also like to take the skin off of the thighs.

there is no exact gram cutoff, if you eat more protein then you need this naturally happens. Just aim for your 1-2 g/kg and dont exceed that
