Having held people with this while stable - you probably already can carry a light girl like this.
Otherwise you need some back strength and keep your leverages well on the other person otherwise its going to be quite exhausting. It's mostly exhausting on biceps since your arms are in a stationary position all the time bearing weight.
Ive been able to carry fat as fuck chicks like 250 and up lol when I do biceps ill load up alot of weight and basically hold it in the position it actually has helped alot with my pullups to

Your lower back muscles are probably responsible for like 80% of the load.
