This. I used to be a heavy drinker, get shitfaced about 4 times a week and would go to the gym early next day. So pointless because i would always leave halfway through my workout. Ive toned it down alot and get a good buzz now and am able to workout good. I still get shitfaced here and there but always make sure i plan for the next day if im gonna Work out. I drink almost everyday to and im still making progress. Just dont get shitfaced
