One question for you /fit/. Does it get easier?
Kind of, as long as you take care of yourself, have money, and aren't a beta provider.
It does, but then I increase the amount of weight.

No, it gets harder. I'm 32 and I actually have to watch what I eat and do cardio wtf
It gets easier in the sense that everything is habitual now and just part of my day. I don't even think about what I'm doing half the time but I do it right. I haven't counted calories or macros in forever but I just did the other day for shits and giggles and I was literally off by 1% on my macros for the day.
So I guess yes, mentally it gets easier. Physically, no.

I find so. Everything is harder in the beginning when you have to find motivation. But eventually motivation becomes discipline and discipline becomes habit.
OFC it gets easier, i was a 6'1 skeleton, went to kinda buffed with a heavy bulking in 8 months and those shirts got tight as fuck. Ez bitches at the parties

No, life gets in the way unless you become a recluse
Yes
Then you have child
Then you sleep three hours a night if you're lucky
And you do 30000+ tonnage daily just so he will have the opportunity for gains that you had
For that fleeting moment when the worlds knees were at your ankles
And you were selling heroin and fucking all that was fuckable
Such is life
no because that's the point of progression
if you actually reach a goal body and never want to change it, I suppose it'd be easier to maintain it than improve it

It never gets easier
You just get stronger
I wouldn't have it any other way
It doesn't, but you get the illusion it does because you stop caring as much
