I usually mix it with milk but if there are better proteins out there, which should I be taking instead?

Pretty overpriced for the amount of protein per scoop. Good for getting fat though. And it is delicious.

Look for whey isolate or whey isolate and concentrate. Muscle milk I heard is more concentrate and hence less effective

It tastes good but its shit... unfortunately. It has some of the highest heavy metals/toxins of all the popular whey.
ON is better and its comes in a shit ton of flavors... 2 scoops mix perfectly with just water and tastes good with just water.

The raws are much more expensive which means its more expensive to make which means its more expensive to buy.
