PPLPPLx is infinitely better

>allows for an ordinate amount of pushing to pulling so you don't become anteriorly dominant
>lets you get in the big lifts twice a week
>allows for strength AND hypertrophy training

Brosplits are only gret if you're on roids. They also tend to not have near enough posterior work, causing that poor forward looking posture for a lot of people.

IF you do a brosplit, 5/3/1 BBB would be good because you still get in every lift twice per week, and it has enough volume.
Push/Pull like pic related is also great.

nah man, bro splits only work each bodypart directly once a week. I guess PPL 3 days a week could be considered a brosplit, but when the word is tossed around most people mean:
Mon – Chest
Tues – Back
Wed – Shoulders
Thurs – Legs
Fri – Arms
Sat & Sun – Rest

or something to that effect.

9 day routine would be super inconsistent and hard to keep track of in the context of a week. if you want to do 4 days a week do ABxAxBx or if you want to do 6 days a week do PPLPPLx

Regardless, I'd say no its not a bro-split as you're directly hitting each muscle group 2+ times a week. What you're doing is essentially a push/pull but with shoulders on pull day. I'd say it's not bad, but your shoulders might be fatigued from day A.

as I have nightclass on wednesday and that really fucks with my schedule.

the actual lifting routine won't matter in the long run
consistency is more important

Meh I don't pay much attention to the nomenclature. I just do my routine but instead of "this many times a week" i just go every other day.

Enough time to recover between areas but not so much time that I "lose it" having, say, 2 days off on the weekend. Also the lifting two days in a row then an off day shit is too high volume for me.

imo it's not too much if you dont go all out on the volume. Back/legs etc can easily be trained 3 times a week if you program accordingly. shoulders/chest too but be careful with shoulder problems
