Not that guy, but a lot of my OHP, and even bench, progression issues were because I had tight shoulders. Started stretching (Alan thrall has a pretty good video on YouTube about this), and both my OHP and bench started progressing better, and felt 100% more natural.

Those lifts aren't horrendous for someone who just started, if you follow a decent program and eat enough you'll most likely double them in less than a year.
