Help guise, my right bicep is 34cm and my left bicep is 33.5 cm. That means my right bicep is among the 40th percentile of all people and my left bicep is among the 35th percentile.
>am I kill?
What's your bicep size /fit/? Post pic also?
What's your routine?
Just deadlift? Or some accessory work? I don't mind a braggart but if you're going down that road your routine had better be impressive.

>of all people
Of all males
>15.5" arms
>90-95th percentile
Really?? I don't even feel big. These charts can't be right.
>>36377953
Seriously, I imagine 18s to 20s being the top 10%
>>36377731
are we supposed to flex? while flexing I have ~15.5" arms, and while my arm is relaxed and straight i have ~12.5 arms. Realistically i'm not big at all so these cannot be correct.
I'm 5'7 with 14'' arms and feel small as fuck, almost everyone at my gym would be in the top percentage of people
>>36378060
I think it might be for the average height, 16"s for a 5'9 guy is huge
>>36377731
>>36377785
Hmm...I don't feel like these are right to be honest. I have 16in arms and I've seen plenty of dudes in the gym whose arms at least look bigger than mine
>>36377953
>>36378034
the chart isnt an average for people who lift, its an average for all people. 80% of people have never been to a gym in their life, and of those only 10% bother to stick around to get genuinely big
>>36378039
If that's the case you must be fat mate
Are these measurements cold?
>>36379601
10% body fat m8. I'd think that's low even among people here on fit, so go project elsewhere.
>>36379624
If there's that much a difference between flexed and resting I highly doubt your 10% bf you fat shitter
>>36379677
I'm actually really flattered, no joke. whether or not you think I'm fat is irrelevant, but you seem to be pretty amazed right now. Maybe i AM a big guy.
I'm 6'8", 16.5 right 16 left flexed; and I think my arms are tiny...
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CcEZeL5KKUs I don't feel big at all this chart is wrong my arms are 15.6 inches
>>36377731
tfw when you're natty, lifting for half a year and have XXL biceps according to this.
I'm ottermode and have 14". People here would say I don't lift
>>36377731
pretty sure this chart is for unflexed arms, which would make more sense
