Mon-Fri.
1. Legs.
2. Abs.
3. Chest+Shoulders+Back.
4. Arms (Biceps/Triceps/Forearms).
5. Cardio.
Each workout should be 1 hour and up using the maximum weight you can handle.
Healthy diet, small portions with zero sugar and lots of protein. When traveling anywhere walk rather than driving (if possible)
