There is no brand. Just mix whole spelt flour with a bit water, roll it to a flat bread, put in the pan for a few min and then fill it with chicken and veggies. Super easy, super tasty.
And for the sauce i mixed low fat joghurt with spices.

You should also put the tortilla on a plate, a wet paper towel over it and put that in the oven at 100°C until youre finished with the other ingredients to keep it flexible. Otherwise it will dry out and break.
