tfw have back and shoulder acne but don't use steroids
Your pic is about as much back acne as I get. I honestly don't worry about it and it clears up after I PCT. My face stays clear throughout. If it gets really bad you can get some accutane

No, you shouldn't take it before. You have no idea how much acne if any you will get. Keep your e2 in check and just keep an eye on the acne. If you're just doing a Test cycle and no orals it's no big deal to dose a bit of accutane it's not going to kill your liver. That acne in the pic is very mild anyway

You should start to see your acne disappear within 2 weeks
Well I don't use roids but something that helped with my face acne is just to get sun on the face during high hours. Seems obvious but people are scared of sun burn or whatever. Just do it on days where it is 70-79 Fahrenheit. I imagine it would work for shoulder acne too
Also doctor Bronner's soap is really good, use it with a face sponge and body scruber for daily light exfoliation. Use coconut oil to moisturize.
