My gym uses a inferred device to calculate body fat and I was put at roughly 6%. Note that this scan was done post heavy work out.
Im apparently 6% bf and 164 pounds at 22 years old. Im "skinny" by most standards but for the life of me I cant get rid of the fat around my love handles. Am I missing something? I thought the only way to get rid of them was through overall weight loss but I dont really have much more to lose.
Am I missing something or is this a mental image thing?

You're 15% at lowest which is the start of ab definition or you do a lot of crunches/situps that force your abs out.
If you refer to the picture linked,
The circled parts are where your abs are obviously starting to show, however everything around the area is still too fat to be below 15%
It's just not possible.
