If you're getting 10 or more hours on the reg then there is probably something up with your body making you sleep more. People sleep more when their bodies are fucked up.

in laymans just imagine in order to compensate to a lack of 'accuracy' your brain responds by instead just revving the RPM up a fuck tonne

cos if you can't be accurate you can atleast perform a fuck tonne of actions quickly in order to compensate for accuracy

if I don't get 10 hours of sleep I end up taking short naps throughout the day while feeling tired the whole time even with 9 hours of sleep
