What are youre staple bulking meals fit? Preferably carb heavy.

I am going to try Garri and mix with protein shake, 360 cals per 100g and 99% of it is carbs.

oats for breakfast
wholewheat sandwiches for lunch
wholewheat pasta or red meat for dinner
rye crackers and cottage cheese, yoghurt and protein shakes for snacks.

this is pretty much my entire diet regardless of bulking or cutting, i just change the portion sizes
