Oral Arginine supplementation has limited effects on the blood flow, if not taken high doses.

Everybody knows Gingseng (Panax Ginseng). It can improve subjective well-being, depression, etc. at a lower dose, but for a significant improvement in erections, you need 3000mg/day.
Maca is cool, and became quite famous over the world in the past few years. The truth is, it will not increase testosterone levels, but improves sexual function, erections, and will increase libido a lot. Usually people doesn't take enough of it: 2500-3000mg/day (I suggest buying powder).
Fenugreek can also have other good effects on the human body, but taken in the correct doses, it will increase libido. 1000-1500mg/day.
Tribulus Terrestis is famous for increasing testosterone levels, but actually has this effect only with infertile man. However, it can increase libido, and improve erections. 1000mg/day.
The famous D-Aspartic Acid. The stuff, which can actually increase testosterone in healthy man as well. Increase fertility, seminal mobility. sperm count and quality. 3000mg/day, but best to cycle it (2 month in-2 month out).
Horny Goat Weed (Icariin) at higher doses can increase testosterone. 1500mg/day.
DHEA is a hormone which can convert into testosterone (or estrogen actually, if the body needs it). Can improve fertility as well. 100mg/day.

Also, sexual health is strongly connected to the subjective well-being, so:
Rhodiola 500 mg, Ashwagandha 500 mg. Both can help overcoming difficulties in life, can improve motivation, help depression, etc.
Taking a multivitamin, eating well is basic. A lot of people is careful about their micros and macros, but they tend to forget an important thing: 30% of calories must be from fat (low fat consumption can lead to decreased testosterone levels).

Haven't tried it, but it actually has a solid lineup of things known to work and others that probably work. The maca could be underdosed but I think the regular dosage listed on examine.com for maca was 3-5g of regular powder, not an extract. Most likely useless for T boosting but should make you hornier.
