So AST, tells about liver. I I hadn't started orals at that point, started them on Tuesday, so I do not think it was from that. I did go a little crazy with alcohol this past weekend. Probably elevated from drinking.

Is it worth getting a blood test done? I'm 21 and have never had one. I've considered it, just to see what's happening on the inside that I don't know about.
I feel fine, think it's still worth it?

On an AI?
Typically one liver enzyme being mildly elevated means really nothing.
Did you get your lipids checked? I read through there and didn't see them.
your testosterone doesn't need to be that high, I recommond cutting back on the weight lifting for a few months, if you have to exercise do some lift cardio or yoga

This reminds me--- has anyone who supplements creatine had their creatinine levels checked aka a kidney function test? My creatinine levels came in at 1.39 which worries my normie doctor whos used to treating suburban moms. She says its high even for someone whos 50yo (upper level is 1.30) but creatinine is just a surrogate estimate for kidney function, not an actual measurement. Its well known that athletes have high creatinine levels (more exercise= more muscle breakdown= high creatinine) and i have a lot of lean mass and exercise a lot. There isnt even an agreed creatinine norm for athletes for this reason. What have you frequent lifters personally measured at?
I dont want to kill my kidneys with creatine but i also dont want to lose my creatine gains by stopping supplementation just because my doctor doesnt know the norms for athletes.
